Travel contract

The boarding pass is personal and non-transferable. The use of the ticket by a person other than the one indicated on the ticket will give rise to the responsibilities provided by law. This ticket will not be valid for transportation if it has not been paid in full. The payment of this implies the acceptance of the following conditions.

The holder of the boarding pass, during the journey, is covered by the Mandatory Travelers insurance. The passenger is subject to the police regulations and the regulations established on board and in charge of the Captain. Santa Eulalia Ferry is not responsible for damages caused directly or exclusively by compliance with the rules, rules and orders of the competent authorities or the recklessness of the passenger or breach of the indicated rules.

There is no responsibility for valuables that have not been previously entrusted to the Captain for safekeeping. Likewise, it will not be responsible for any damage caused, directly and exclusively, by compliance with the laws, rules and government orders.

The transport of dangerous goods or illegal trade is prohibited.

All claims, to be admitted, must be accompanied by the coupon of the ticket that remains in the possession of the passenger, accepting all the conditions that appear in it for the sole fact of having been used as a ticket.

The rate for the transport contracted for this ticket is subject to modification before the trip begins, without prejudice to the right of the traveler to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid if the variation exceeds 20% of the initial price. This ticket will not be valid if the applicable fee has not been paid.

Any change of reservation will be made directly at the ticket office or through our website at [My Reservation] (/ mireserva), always subject to availability, paying the difference in rate, if any, and the processing costs.

The schedules and itineraries may suffer variations due to breakdowns, acts of God or force majeure. In such cases, the company will adopt reasonable measures under control to inform the affected passengers of said variations. If necessary, the carrier can be replaced by another carrier or use other vessels. In the event that the ship for which this ticket has been dispatched will not carry out the voyage recorded therein, due to damage, acts of God or force majeure, the Company assumes no responsibility other than the obligation to reimburse the full amount of the ticket.

The passenger who does not board, for any reason beyond the Company's control, will not be entitled to a refund of the amount of the ticket. The Company will not be responsible if the passenger loses any service as a result of being late, and will not be obliged to delay any service in order to wait for the passenger's arrival, nor to provide a seat in another service if the passenger loses transport.

The passenger is subject to the police regulations and good internal order, established on board and in charge of the Captain.

Any reservation with a date and time will serve, solely and exclusively for the indicated date and time, being necessary to make a reservation change to be able to use that reservation at another time or day. The Company may refuse to transport anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs or whose behavior is considered a threat to the driver or other passengers. Service will not be reimbursed in any of these circumstances.

For the exercise of actions derived from this ticket in national cabotage navigation lines, the jurisdiction that results from applying the Civil Procedure Law in force and Clauses 5 and 7 of Law 11/2010 of November 2, of management of maritime transport in the Balearic Islands.
