Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Modification Policy (EN)

Cancellations or modifications of a reservation can be requested through the form available in the My Reservation section, by sending an email to info@santaeulaliaferry.com, or by calling +34 644 72 38 02.


Cancellations

Once your reservation has been confirmed, it may be cancelled, and the passenger may obtain a refund of the ticket price from the company under the following conditions:

  • Within 24 hours after the purchase and up to 2 hours before the vessel’s departure: refund of 100 % of the ticket price.
  • More than 24 hours before the vessel’s departure: refund of 90 % of the ticket price.
  • Less than 24 hours before the vessel’s departure: no refund will be granted.
  • After the vessel’s departure or in case of no-show: no refund will be granted.

If the ticket was issued by a Travel Agency, the cancellation request must be submitted directly to the agency.


Modifications

The passenger may modify the details of the reservation before the vessel’s departure, always subject to availability and payment of any fare difference, under the following conditions:

  • One free modification (change of date or time) is allowed before the vessel’s departure.
  • Additional modifications will incur a fee of 10 % of the new reservation price, with a maximum of 10 € as a management fee, in addition to any fare difference.
  • Modifications involving additional passengers or changes to a different route with a higher fare will be subject to payment of the corresponding fare difference.

Additional provisions

  • If Naviera Santa Eulalia S.L. considers that the reservation was made fraudulently, it may automatically cancel said reservation.
  • Failure to appear on the day of travel without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be made.
